How to choose a suitable AGV?
DANBACH ROBOT

Equivalent to the traditional shelf selection criteria, AGV robots emphasize more on the user's point of view, whether it can truly meet the needs of users. At present, to choose a suitable AGV robot, generally need to consider the following factors:

choose suitable agv

1. Nuclear load

For each AGV robot, the nuclear load is an important factor to consider. The safe carrying of the shelves is the primary basis for the completion of all missions of the AGV robot.

2. Picking efficiency

When we want to build an automated, informational system, we must be clear about how the efficiency of the picking has changed. Because this directly means the overall opportunity is good or bad, whether it can be "goods, etc." rather than "people and other goods"; in industrial design, it is necessary to fully consider the movement path and height difference of goods during the picking process. It is necessary to stand in the direction of a humanized system and optimize each link so that the entire supply chain is both the most automated and the most human.

3. Application scenario

A. Evaluate how reliable an AGV robot is. The best way to test it is to look at past performance. When the energy and time available for investigation are limited, you can find out the performance of the robot in previous cases by looking up the data;

B. Whether the space utilization rate of the site is in the appropriate range, and whether the internal demand can achieve the income-output ratio after conversion, that is, the cost performance is an important measure to make the selection;
