The European standards applicable to AGV mainly include EN 1175-1 and EN 1525. The safety requirements can be divided into three parts: mechanical, electrical and control:
1. Mechanical safety requirements, including load handling device design requirements, stability requirements, mechanical brake safety requirements, etc.;
2. Electrical safety requirements, including charging systems such as batteries, battery connectors, charging posts, motors, contactors, wires, electrical protection, testing, etc.
3. Control safety requirements, including safety device requirements (such as emergency stop, warning devices, personnel detection devices, etc.), control safety requirements (such as charge control, handling control, steering control, speed control, driving control, etc.), and low voltage, Incorrect parameters, chassis failure, etc.
