First, single layer palletizing robot

The single-layer structure of the palletizing robot is relatively basic. The material is mainly transported by the conveyor belt. When the steering mechanism is reached, it can be adjusted according to the specified direction. After the preparation is completed, it can enter the landing mechanism. As long as the products are arranged in a tightly arranged order in this place, the aligned products are transferred to the next station by the transport rollers, so that the stacking operation of the palletizing robot is completed.

Second, multi-layer palletizing robot

There is definitely a multi-layer corresponding to a single layer, which is definitely more complicated than a single-layer palletizing robot. We can see that the pallet of the multi-layer palletizing robot is under the conveyor belt, or it can be made to the left and right. When the machine is stacking, the materials are neatly arranged on the pallet, and then the pallet is placed at the left limit. When the material conveyed by the conveyor belt is blocked by the baffle, it is arranged in a row. Then the pallet is moved to the right, and the materials are arranged in a row as in the above steps. By analogy, for each additional layer of material, the height of the pallet of the palletizing robot will drop by one layer until the material is piled up to a certain height and then stopped.

Third, arrange the code palletizing robot

The palletizing robot transports the materials in rows and then transports the materials to the collecting table. Then move to the left and push up from the bottom to stack the three layers of material together. In this process, there will be a beveling device to ensure the smooth completion of the process, and the speciality of the collecting table will also help the palletizing robot to complete the stacking.
