The magnetic navigation method has poor flexibility. The AGV can only walk along the magnetic strip. The magnetic strip needs to be re-laid when changing the path. The task cannot be changed in real time through the control system, and the magnetic strip is easily damaged, and the maintenance cost is high later.

The guiding method of the inertial navigation AGV is the non-track navigation mode. The ground does not need to lay the guiding path. Only a group of magnetic nails are required to be grounded at intervals of 8-10 m. The advantages of this navigation method are:

1. Adopt intelligent map planning path to support CAD and YAML format map expression; the running path can be drawn by CAD and then transmitted to AGV through the traffic control software, control chip, AGV travels according to the onboard map route, the path change only needs to change the CAD path Just send it back.

2. Adopting non-track navigation technology, with powerful traffic control system, it has more flexible deployment capability; the site task can be changed in real time through the traffic management software, and the optimal route can be selected according to the actual situation.

3. The software system and hardware system are stable, safe, reliable and easy to maintain.

4. The path construction is simple. After the construction is completed, the road surface is restored to its original state without traces. It is maintenance-free and has no maintenance cost.
