3. For joints with a width of 5-50mm, the upper 50mm can be filled with asphalt grease, the lower 100mm is embedded with foam plastic strip, or the M10 cement mortar is embedded, and the surface is padded with silicone paper as the isolation layer.

4. For seams with a width of 50-450mm, it can be treated with a metal cover.

5. For certain width of settlement joints, special methods or tools can be used for treatment, such as CoGri Joint Stabilisers (CJS). The ground bearing is different from the forklift. The AGV uses a fixed driving path, and the AGV replaces the pneumatic tire with a poly-ampere tire. Therefore, the AGV road surface must meet certain load-bearing requirements: the load per unit area of ​​the ground should be higher than the load per unit area within the projected area of ​​the AGV level.

Sixth, Other building requirements

Ground finishing is to make the AGV run smoothly and smoothly, and can finish the surface layer of the ground. This means laying a layer of cement, epoxy resin, P-type ceramic tile, wooden floor or other chemical fiber on the running surface of the AGV. Improve the flatness of the ground and reduce the impact of seams on the AGV.
